Creating the post-purchase and sale experience for crypto transactions.
PayPal adopts crypto: PayPal's adoption of crypto sent a big wave across the industry. It was a first for a major financial player to give validation to the digital currency.

A lot of eyes were on PayPal and I had to ensure that our activity experience for crypto transactions was seamless.
Role I played: Content Designer
Stakeholders: Crypto team UED, Product Managers, and Legal.
Our goal:
​Envision and create a seamless experience for all use cases of crypto transactions including purchase, sale, failures, processing, and completed transactions.

Covering the edge cases:​

When your money is on the line, any mishap or misuse of your funds can send a shiver down your spine. I knew the gravity of the situation and that's why I wanted to be very transparent in my communication when tackling tricky situations like account takeovers. Here's how I designed the solution of such a delicate situation.
